I know, I know. I never post journals, but I felt the need to put something else here besides a post I made what....3 years ago?

Well, I really haven't had any time to myself to draw. :/ Which kind of sucks. I need to work the hours I work though in order to save up money. So, pretty much I work during the summer and work and go to school in the winter. I'm considering taking up commissions however, I'm not really that knowledgeable about that sort of thing. I'm also not really sure if my art is up to that caliber to actually start making money off of it. There is also the issue of popularity, because I'm not really active ((example: not posting a journal entry for 3 years)) so activeness is my fault.

Does anyone have any advice? Like what a good starting price would be? What types of things I should offer?

Ooh! I have copic sketch markers~<3 They're lovely~~ I haven't really had any chance to color with them yet. I can't really afford to buy a set though, but I had a set of prismacolor markers. So I only bought 6 copic markers when I stopped by Hobby Lobby. @.@ Not alot I know, but I really wanted a good set of flesh colors because that is what I'm lacking in prismacolor.

I really like both sets of markers, I prefer the tips on the Copics though and I like how they aren't overly saturated so I can get a nice light to dark.

On my trip I also bought some fabric for a comforter I'm making, I need to find a good purple fabric for one side, but the other side is going to stripes! Rainbow Stripes!! *____* I haven't decided if I'm going to stuff it with cotton or sew in quilt batting for the thickness. I think I'll use the batting though, I'm afraid cotton will move and bunch in between the layers.

There was a Gaia Auction that I was planning to do with a friend so I need to be motivated and get that started! I also have a book cover that I need to start on. :/ More excitement on the list, I have yet to watch Maou and they are already on the 2nd episode! T.T The subs have come out just recently so I can be redeemed!
